Gedeon GRC Consulting is delighted to announce that Leonard A. LaSala PE has joined our Civil Engineering Department as Senior Project Manager.

Mr. LaSala has over 45 years of administrative, design, and construction experience in various municipal and private engineering projects throughout New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey. His experience includes civil/site, utilities, and infrastructure improvement design for projects involving athletic fields, parks, recreational site development, stormwater, erosion control, and storm recovery.

Before joining our firm, Mr. LaSala was a founding partner and principal of a consulting engineering firm specializing in outside plant communications facilities for over twenty years. More recently, he has been working with several engineering companies on Long Island, where he has been responsible for major projects such as the Wyandanch Transit Plaza in Copiague, Geiger Park in Deer Park, NYCDDC Safe Routes to Schools in the Bronx, Various Parks throughout New York City, and the Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief for the Town of North Hempstead.

Mr. LaSala holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York.
