U.S. Green Building Council announces 2019 LEED Homes Awards

 

The CAMBA Gardens Phase II, in Brooklyn (NY),  the Albany Damien Center, in Albany (NY), Brookfield Properties and the Holt Residence, in Providence (RI) are among the winners of the 2019 LEED Homes Awards. With these awards, the Green Building Council (USGBC) recognizes residential projects, developers and builders using LEED to improve quality of life for residents, reduce a building’s impact on the environment, and create healthier and more resilient communities. The awards are divided in 3 categories: Outstanding Single-Family Project, Outstanding Multi-Family Project, Outstanding Affordable Project, Outstanding Developer and the 2018 LEED Homes Power Builders. For the first time this year, the USBG community will have the opportunity to choose the Project of the Year by voting  an online poll open until 11:59 PM EST on June 28, 2019.
