fultonGedeon GRC provided storm water management, permitting and sewer connections services for the design and construction of Two Fulton Square Development—a mixed-use development in Flushing, Queens, NY, that spans two blocks.

This project consists of two construction phases. Phase one involves a 220-unit condominium building as well as 150,000 square feet of office and retail space spread across two separate towers and will include 500 parking spaces. The second phase involves 180 additional condominiums, a 200,000 square-foot commercial project and a 240-key hotel.

Gedeon GRC’s scope of work involves storm water management, blue roof/green design, rainwater harvesting, sewer connection, TV inspection, erosion and sediment control, permitting, cost estimates, preparation of report, plans and specifications, and coordination with agencies including the NYCDOT, NYCDEP, and NYCDPR.
