Mr. Cuomo has over 41 years of technical and managerial experience in the private and public sectors. Mr. Cuomo has worked for various divisions of the New York City Department of Transportation. While employed at NYCDOT, he was the Senior Director for Procurement and was responsible for processing, soliciting and evaluating consulting contracts for the Design and Construction program. As Deputy Director of Program Management, he was responsible for monitoring of the Highway and Bridge Program for the Department, a per annum Construction Program of over $200 million. He was also responsible for coordinating the Federal and State Highway Program within the City of New York. At Gedeon GRC, Mr. Cuomo is a partner responsible for Business Development and Marketing.

Mr. Cuomo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College and is licensed to practice engineering in the state of New York.
